Ingredients

  • 4–5 celery stalks
  • ¼ cup peanut butter

Optional Extras

  • Raisins on top (ants on a log)
  • Honey drizzled on top
  • Granola bars crumbled on top
  • Cream cheese instead of peanut butter

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Butter knife or spoon (for spreading)

Instructions

  1. Wash the celery stalks and cut them into pieces about 3–4 inches long.
  2. Spread peanut butter into the groove of each celery piece using a butter knife or spoon.
  3. Top with raisins, honey, or whatever extras you have.
  4. Eat immediately or refrigerate for up to a day.

Notes

  • Great for kids. Let them fill the celery themselves — it's a fun kitchen activity.
  • No celery? Spread peanut butter on apple slices, banana pieces, or crackers instead.
  • Nut-free version: Use cream cheese or sunflower seed butter if available.
  • Pack for lunch. Keeps well in a bag or container for hours.
