Allergens: Contains Peanuts/Tree Nuts, Gluten (bread).

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
  2. Spread jam or jelly on the other slice.
  3. Press together. Cut in half if you like.
notes & tips
  • On toast: Toasting the bread adds crunch and warmth.
  • Grilled PB&J: Butter the outside of the bread and cook in a skillet like a grilled cheese. The peanut butter gets warm and melty.
  • Add banana. Sliced banana inside a PB&J is one of the best upgrades.
  • Pack for later. Travels well for hours.
  • Nut-free? Some pantries carry sunflower seed butter as an alternative.
