Peanut Butter Banana Wrap

Peanut butter and sliced banana rolled in a tortilla. A filling no-cook meal that takes about one minute to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana

Optional Extras

  • Honey
  • Granola or crushed cereal
  • Cinnamon

Equipment

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter across the center of a tortilla.
  2. Slice banana and lay the slices on top of the peanut butter.
  3. Drizzle honey, sprinkle cinnamon, or add granola if you have them.
  4. Roll up the tortilla and eat.

Notes

  • This is a full meal. Between the peanut butter (protein and fat), banana (carbs and potassium), and tortilla (carbs), this will keep you going for hours.
  • Make it for lunch. It travels well. Wrap it in foil or a plastic bag.
  • No banana? Spread jam or jelly instead for a PB&J wrap.
