Allergens: Contains wheat (crackers) and peanuts (peanut butter).

Ingredients

  • 8-10 crackers
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced

Optional Extras

  • Honey drizzle
  • Jam or jelly
  • Cinnamon
  • Raisins or dried fruit

Equipment

  • Knife or spoon for spreading

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter on each cracker.
  2. Top with a banana slice.
  3. Drizzle with honey or add a dot of jam if you have it.
  4. Eat immediately or stack a few for a bigger snack.

Notes

  • This is a real meal in a pinch. Peanut butter has protein and fat, banana has carbs and potassium, crackers fill it out. Together they keep you going.
  • No banana? Jam, honey, or just plain peanut butter crackers all work.
  • Make it for kids. Let them build their own stacks. Kids eat more when they make it themselves.
  • Pack for later. Skip the banana (it'll brown) and pack PB crackers in a bag for lunch or a snack on the go.
